Considering the identity of "LINGO" as an adult channel featuring content that should be hidden from a younger audience, the branding design was greatly inspired by the act of censorship. The focus was to adapt the movement of covering and revealing done through barring outlines in text. To pay homage to traditional animation, and the fact that the channel will stream many animated works, the illusion of flipping an animation cell is also incorporated into one of the logos.
